Ender Tuncay, ’19 DVM, started a new position in July 2021 as an ER veterinarian at North Georgia Veterinary Services in Atlanta, Georgia.

Daryl Buss, ’68 DVM, was named the 2022 recipient of the AAVMC Billy E. Hooper Award for Distinguished Service. The award is presented to individuals who ​​have a history of service, research, education, or participation in the veterinary community. Buss is dean emeritus and professor emeritus of the University of Wisconsin-Madison School of Veterinary Medicine and a retired editor of the Journal of Veterinary Medical Education.
