College hosts conference on canine and feline genetics and genomics

The college hosted the Ninth International Conference on Canine and Feline Genetics and Genomics at the Landmark Center in St. Paul in May. Several CVM faculty and staff members made presentations and presented posters on topics related to canine genetics. Held every other year, the conference is hosted on a rotating basis by research groups in North America and Europe. This is the first time the meeting had come to Minnesota.
