George Nelson, ’59 DVM

George Nelson, ’59 DVM, Brainerd, Minn., died on Jan. 3, 2024, at age 93. Nelson was a beloved son, brother, husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, and veterinarian. He proudly served his country in the U.S. Army during the Korean War. He is survived, by four daughters, seven grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren, two sisters-in-law, and many nieces and nephews.
