George A. Lakes, ’56 DVM, Oxnard, Calif., died April 19, 2018 at age 90. Lakes worked for the California State Bureau of Poultry Inspection and Mackey Animal Hospital. He opened his own practice, Lake’s Pet Clinic, in 1961. He is survived by his wife, Arline; 4 children; and 3 grandchildren.
