Kenneth Nordlund, ’77 DVM, Madison, Wis., died on May 15, 2025, at age 77. Nordland worked in private practice for 12 years at Lake Region Veterinary Center. While there, he created a preventive medicine approach to dairy herds, developing a nutrition service to prevent disease. In 1989, Nordlund was invited to join the faculty at the University of Wisconsin–Madison and worked there until his retirement in 2014. He is survived by his wife, Jean; four sons; one brother and sister; six grandchildren, and two sisters-in-law.
