Gary F. Jones, DVM, ’93 PhD, died on Sept. 19, 2023, at age 76. Jones practiced veterinary medicine for roughly 17 years, with the last years in Marshfield, Wis. He returned to academic life and earned his PhD in veterinary microbiology. Jones then went on to work in research with Pharmacia, Bayer Pharmaceutical, and Schering-Plough. He is survived by his children Eben, Trevor, Tyler, and Ariana; his two daughters-in-law; three grandchildren; his brother, Dan; and sister-in-law, Beth.
