Shaken by the loss of his talented and well-liked colleague, Robert Spencer, DVM, helped to establish a perpetual scholarship at the University of Minnesota College of Veterinary Medicine in her memory.
Gustavo Lopez, DVM, PhD student, was recently selected as the recipient of the Carlos Pijoan Graduate Student Fellowship in Swine Medicine for the 2018–19 school year.
Alyssa Betlach, ’18 DVM, is a graduate student in the Veterinary Medicine program and was recently named the first Dr. Bob Morrison Legacy Fund recipient for the 2018–19 school year.
