Daryl Buss, ’68 DVM, was named the 2022 recipient of the AAVMC Billy E. Hooper Award for Distinguished Service. The award is presented to individuals who ​​have a history of service, research, education, or participation in the veterinary community. Buss is dean emeritus and professor emeritus of the University of Wisconsin-Madison School of Veterinary Medicine and a retired editor of the Journal of Veterinary Medical Education.
