Registration and a tentative schedule are now available for the 2025 College Veterinary Medicine Education Day.
Set for May 16, the day will feature presentations, a virtual poster session, teaching awards, and a knowledge exchange. This is a hybrid meeting, and participation is free. Registration closes at noon on May 9. Click here to register.

7:45 a.m.—Breakfast for in-person participants
8:15–9:30 a.m.—Virtual poster session (breakfast continuing)
9:45–10:45 a.m.—Keynote address
Dr. Jason Frank, medical educator and leading expert in Competency-Based Medical Education, will present virtually.

11–11:30 a.m.—Teaching awards

11:45 a.m.–1 p.m.—Lunch and in-person presentation
Presentation on changes to digital accessibility regulations by Jenna Carlson and Ryan Rupprecht.

1–3 p.m.—Knowledge Exchange Sessions
Selected speakers in-person.
Virtual poster session submissions
Topics can include graduate education, teaching methods, curriculum innovations, technology, SoTL, student mental health, course design, and coordination.
To submit, email Peggy Root and Ryan Rupprecht with:
- A PDF poster (e.g., infographic or traditional format), and
- A Word/PDF document highlighting purpose, key findings, and conclusions.
Submissions are due by May 2.
